 Embracing the Future of Turbochargers Together

These three leading manufacturers of the Turbocharger industry will present helpful technical service related topics, current and future aftermarket releases, and future marketing trends.


Curtis Owens
Patrick Harcourt joined BorgWarner’s North American Independent aftermarket team in 2011. He currently serves in Regional Sales and Global Category Management roles, as well as overseeing BorgWarner’s Performance Products distribution network in the US and Canada. 
Shon Wright
Shon Wright is employed by Cummins Inc., where his tenure began as Chief of Staff and Manager of Global Strategic Planning for the Vice President of Cummins Filtration. Currently, he is responsible for the profit and loss of a $1B+ commercial turbocharger business. These turbocharges are sold globally to commercial diesel engine and truck manufacturers and to company owned and independent part distributors.

Tracie Parker
Tracie Parker is the North American Sales Manager for Honeywell Transportation Systems.  Since joining the turbo team in 1999, she leads all sales and marketing efforts including account and product management, pricing, tradeshows, events, and communications for the service replacement business. 
  Harut Stepanyan
Harut Stepanyan joined the IAM team in 2014 and has been responsible for various launches including the Gen2 GTX28,30,35, 6.7L OE replacement and most recently the Gseries G25 turbochargers. During his internship with HTT’s IAM team in 2007, Harut accepted an Applications Engineering position with the John Deere team where his product knowledge and experience has grown with exposure to varied customers including JCB, Ford, Navistar, and CAT.  He has been responsible for he John Deere 4.5L Final Tier 4 SCR program launched in October 2013.
