How to Attend HDAW ยป

HDAW will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, January 27-30, 2020. HDAW is a business-to-business, executive conference presented by a joint operating committee of industry leaders from 13 distinguished industry associations.

What is HDAW? How does it benefit ADS members?

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) is a week where the heavy duty aftermarket industry comes together in one place to do business. It is a partnership for an event between ADS and 11 other industry associations. Its goal is bringing together the entire industry in one location - there is strength in numbers!

It was created by the industry's leading trade associations and marketing groups with a long-term goal of consolidating the many annual events on the industry calendar and to create the most valuable event for the heavy duty aftermarket.

The associations remain independent and simply partner to put on an industry-wide trade show. This saves exhibitors and attendees time and money by not having to travel to multiple locations/industry events to network and learn about the newest products and technologies in the industry.

Many of the associations meet independently on the Monday prior to the start of HDAW at the same location for more focused meetings.

Members of partner associations SAVE significantly - make sure you are a member in good standing of ADS by October 1 to quality for discounted member rates.

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy-duty industry. More than 2,300 executives and managers from the U.S., Canada and six other countries including distributors, suppliers, service providers, educators and industry media attended the 2018 conference in Las Vegas.
