What’s included in registration?

The ADS International Convention & Tradeshow is open to ADS members and non-members. Fees listed are per person:

Full registration fees include admission to the Tradeshow, seminars, and food/networking functions. BONUS TRAINING - Attendees may also attend the Special One-Day Training Session on Tuesday at no additional cost.

One-day registration fees include admittance to the Tradeshow and seminars on the day of attendance.

Special Service Member registrations are only available to ADS Service Member companies which have paid for two full registrations. This one-day option includes admittance to seminars and the Tradeshow on the day of attendance. Qualified Service Members may purchase up to three one-day registrations, per day.

Companion/Child (spouses, children, and non-industry guests) fees include the Get-Acquainted reception, opening general session and business management seminars, Afternoon Tea, the closing event, and admittance to the Tradeshow. Anyone (including Companions) planning to participate as booth personnel MUST register as a full attendee.

Children are welcome to attend social functions but MUST be registered. Children 12 and older will pay the appropriate adult companion fee. Children 18 or younger MUST be accompanied by an adult at all functions and at all times in the Tradeshow.

Single event ticket options may be purchased for non-registered Companions onsite. All prices are per person, per event: Get-Acquainted Reception ($100), Wednesday Lunch ($65), and the Closing Event ($150). 

BONUS: Registered companies can bring additional employees to view the Tradeshow on Friday morning, Aug. 10, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. absolutely FREE! Seminars and food functions are NOT included. Friday Tradeshow Passes are available on-site Friday morning at the ADS Hospitality Desk.

All non-exhibiting companies (members and non-members) that would fall under specific ADS member categories, will be required to pay a company registration fee of $1,100 in addition to ordinary attendee registration fees for their representatives attending the Convention & Tradeshow. Categories: manufacturer, replacement parts manufacturer and distributor, diesel engine and vehicle manufacturer and allied equipment manufacturer and distributor.

Tradeshow Pass Policy

The ADS Board of Directors has directed that the “Tradeshow Pass Policy” be strictly enforced at the ADS International Convention & Tradeshow. There are no Tradeshow Passes for booth personnel. All booth personnel are required to pay full registration fees as outlined in the Tradeshow Policies and Procedures located on the reverse side of the application for booth space. The cost of the booth includes two registrations. Additional booth personnel must register and pay the appropriate registration fees, whether meetings are attended or not.

On Friday morning, registered companies can bring additional employees and exhibitors may invite non-member customers to view the Tradeshow absolutely free. For 2018 only, non-registered companies may attend the Friday tradeshow at no fee. Seminars and food functions are NOT included. Friday Tradeshow Passes are available on-site Friday morning at the ADS Hospitality Desk.
