Wynn Las Vegas

3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South

Las Vegas, NV 89109

(702) 770-7000

ADS has reserved a block of rooms for 2017 Convention attendees, however rooms/rates will only be available until July 8 (or when the block is full). BOOK EARLY!

WHY STAY AT THE CONVENTION HOTEL?
The ADS staff and board of directors have taken their role of finding locations for the ADS International Convention & Tradeshow very seriously. They have looked at a number of hotels/locations and evaluated the needs of the attendees as well as the need for
Convention meeting space. To contract space, ADS must guarantee a percentage of the attendees will stay in the official Convention hotel, the hotel in return provides discounted rates from their normal charges for sleeping rooms, meeting space and other meeting related items. If ADS does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel can charge the association for their revenue loss. Unfilled sleeping rooms can cost the association thousands of dollars, which can then cause an increase in registration fees to off set these costs. So, please support ADS by staying at the official Convention hotel and booking through the proper channels. We think you will find the increased networking opportunities and superior hotel services to be worth it.

 Reservations/How to Book a Room

To make a room reservation either:

1. Go online to https://aws.passkey.com/gt/212644034?gtid=81e848cd1feeb3a6eeb86f17d6c2332d

2. Fill out the registration form.

3. Call 888.320.9966 and tell them you are with ADS. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person to a room is $50. Rates do not include the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38 percent and subject to change.

ADS is not responsible for rates or sleeping rooms which attendees book outside the ADS room block or book through other agencies and/or websites than the official ADS link above.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Various telemarketing firms with names like Corporate Booking Services Company (CBS International),Global Housing Services Corporation, National Travel Associates and others have contacted ADS attendees in the past to solicit hotel reservations for the ADS International Convention & Tradeshow.

None of these companies are affiliated with ADS or the Wynn Las Vegas. They are not authorized to book rooms in the name of ADS. There is great risk in booking hotel rooms at the Wynn or other hotels outside of the ADS website link. At some recent shows in Las Vegas, attendees were contacted, made reservations and put deposits down through a similar agency. The agency went out of business prior to the show and all people with reservations made through the third party lost their deposits. In addition, they had no room reservations for that show.

The only secure method of reserving ADS rooms at the negotiated rate is through the ADS link.
